This
first main exam, which counts for 30% of your semester's continuous
assessment grade, will last around 80 minutes and, since there is a
class at 10 am, we must leave at around 9:55 am maximum.
The exam will cover everything done so far this first semester:
- Listening Comprehension
- False friends: exercises 1, 2 and 3
- Idioms (animals): from # 1 to # 20 (included)
- Grammar in translation (from French into English): the sentences will be adapted from the chapter 38, 39 and 40 (left and right pages)

2nd Short Test: Dec 19 (around 20 minutes)
1/ There will be no catch-up session whatsoever even if you have a valid and sincere justification.
