HOMEWORK FOR NOVEMBER 06 (REMINDER) / ATTENDANCE RULES / CATCH-UP SESSIONS (REMINDERS)

HOMEWORK FOR NOV 06:

1/ Origins of Languages: Questions and Vocabulary (start learning it as the vocabulary will be included on your First Main Exam the following week ie November 13):

2/ Test 3 and vocabulary

See the "CLOUD" for extra exercises and other handouts if you have lost some of them or if you were absent the previous class session(s).

ATTENDANCE RULES - CATCH-UP SESSIONS:

(REMINDERS)

- Attendance is compulsoryunlike in L2 and in M1, there is no "contrôle final" in L3 because the English course is optional in L3. Should the students be absent 3 times (ie 2 + 1) without providing a valid and sincere justification, their semester grade will be impacted by - 30% (example: if a student's semester grade is 10/20 and is absent 3 times without justification, their grade will be: 10 x (-30%) = 07/20.

If you do not have a valid and sincere justification for your possible absence for the short tests and  short quizzes that will also take place during the semester, you will get a zero mark.

- There will be no catch-up session whatsoever if you miss any of the exams.
